When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays.

How long will my order take to arrive after it ships?

Hello Small World ships worldwide. Orders ship via USPS First Class mail, which generally takes 2-6 business days for domestic orders & 1-3 weeks for international orders.

We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes on international orders.

Orders will be shipped to the address entered in the cart at checkout.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Hello Small World accepts payment via all major credit cards (Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) and PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax of 8.25% for all orders within Texas.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes, we take the security of your personal & financial information very seriously. We will never share or sell your information to any third-party. Your transaction information is encrypted on a secure SSL server.

How do I use a promo code?

Promo codes may be entered in the ‘Coupon code’ box during checkout. After pasting or typing the code, press ‘Apply coupon’ button to apply it to your order.

What is your return policy?

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s), the charges will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges which are non-refundable. Items must be received in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Make sure to contact us prior to mailing your return.

Do you use cookies?

Well, we eat cookies...not sure if that's what you mean. Just kidding. We only use cookies as described in our privacy policy and we don't sell your information to third parties.

Can I customize my order?

Sorry, we're unable to customize products or offer custom designs at this time.

Are you environmentally friendly?

We believe in being environmentally conscious while creating fun products. When possible, we use eco-friendly inks and materials in the production of our goods. All Hello Small World greeting cards are printed on eco-friendly FSC Certified paper and paired with 100% recycled envelopes to keep written correspondence a little green.

Can I feature some of your products on my blog?
